We recycle mattresses, box springs, furniture, foam toppers, and other non-electronic household items. If you’re unsure about an item, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Yes, we provide convenient curbside pickup (no need to place items directly on the curb). With our curbside pickup:
You pay online and can leave your item anywhere outside for us to collect.
Most homeowners prefer this arrangement as it’s non-intrusive, and you don’t need to be home.
Note: If you live in an apartment or have HOA concerns, simply attach a note to your item stating “SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP” to clarify it’s not abandoned and will be removed promptly.
If curbside isn’t suitable, we can also collect items from inside your home for an additional fee. The pickup cost varies based on the distance our truck needs to travel, which you can estimate by entering your zip code during scheduling.
We don’t typically schedule pickups on weekends, but we can arrange it upon special request. Please contact us to make arrangements.
No worries! We’re happy to pick up your items from inside your home or garage at no extra charge, so you don’t have to lift a thing.
For smaller items, you can leave them outside your apartment door for a non-intrusive pickup. For larger items, consider placing them in your carport or uncovered parking area with a note saying, “Scheduled for Recycling Pickup.”
Yes, you can select a specific day and time for your recycling pickup during the scheduling process. Simply choose the date and time that best fits your schedule in STEP 4 when reviewing your quote.
We strive to honor your scheduled day, but weather, traffic, or workload may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we’ll reschedule for the next business day and keep you informed via email or phone if there’s any change.
We will pick up your items on the day you selected during scheduling. However, for locations over 30 miles away, we might need to group pickups to keep prices low.
Note: In rare cases, delays might occur if we need to return to our facility to unload. Nearly 99% of all pickups happen as scheduled. If delays are unavoidable, we’ll send an email update.

We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, debit cards, online payments through our scheduling portal, Cash, cheque. Payment is typically processed during the pickup scheduling

Disconnect the appliance from any power, water, or gas sources.
Empty the appliance of all contents.
For refrigerators and freezers, defrost and clean them.
Move the appliance to an accessible location, such as the garage or curbside, unless you have arranged for in-home pickup.
Yes, we offer recycling services for certain commercial appliances. Please contact us for details and a customized quote.
If you’re unable to make the scheduled pickup time, please inform us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to reschedule your pickup for a convenient date. Note that a missed pickup may incur a rescheduling fee.
Yes, we can provide a certificate of recycling upon request. This certificate confirms that your appliance was recycled according to all applicable regulations and environmental standards.

99% of the time there will be somebody there to help unload, but if there isn’t somebody there then please unload and leave your items for recycling in front of the roll-up doors.
For large quantities, such as a storage room or warehouse full of items, simply click here to schedule a Truck Load Recycling pickup, and we’ll handle the logistics.
